At CustomDesignCircle, we provide custom, service-based digital design solutions. As all services are tailored to individual client requirements, this policy outlines our refund terms and dispute-handling process in accordance with PayPal and Stripe guidelines.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Nature of Services

CustomDesignCircle offers custom design and creative services only, including logo design, website design, branding, and digital graphics.
No physical or pre-made digital products are sold.

Once a project begins, resources, time, and creative effort are allocated immediately.


Payments & Refund Eligibility

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has started, in accordance with PayPal and Stripe policies for custom services.

  • If a project is canceled before any work has begun, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus processing or administrative fees.

  • Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable, as they reserve project time and resources.


Proof of Service & Delivery

To ensure transparency and compliance with payment processors:

  • All project communication, approvals, and deliverables are documented via email, messaging platforms, or project management tools.

  • Design previews, drafts, revisions, and final files serve as proof of service delivery.

  • Client feedback, revision requests, and approvals confirm active participation and service fulfillment.

These records may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute or chargeback.


Revisions Policy (In Place of Refunds)

If you are not satisfied with the initial design:

  • You must request revisions within the scope agreed upon

  • Revisions are provided as outlined in the project agreement

Refunds are not issued for subjective dissatisfaction when revision options are available and work has been delivered.


Cancellations After Work Begins

If a project is canceled after work has started:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Any completed work up to that point may be delivered

This applies regardless of project stage or perceived completion percentage.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a PayPal or Stripe dispute, clients agree to:

  1. Contact CustomDesignCircle directly to attempt resolution

  2. Allow reasonable time for response and resolution

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Submission of service records, communication logs, and delivered work as evidence to the payment processor

False or abusive disputes may result in permanent refusal of future services.


No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind after project commencement

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or approvals

  • Requests outside the original agreed scope

  • Completed or approved work

  • Failure to review previews or respond within a reasonable timeframe


Compliance With Payment Processors

This policy is designed to comply with:

  • PayPal Seller Protection for services rendered

  • Stripe chargeback requirements for digital and custom services

By proceeding with payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.


Policy Updates

CustomDesignCircle reserves the right to modify this Refund & Dispute Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
