CustomDesignCircle provides online creative and digital design services, including but not limited to:

  • Social media graphics and profile design

All services are provided digitally and customized based on client requirements.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required to complete your project

  • Respond in a timely manner to communication, feedback, and approvals

  • Ensure that all content, images, or materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights

Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses may affect project timelines.

Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are discussed and agreed upon before project commencement.

  • Full or partial payment may be required upfront, depending on the project scope.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in project suspension or termination.

Revisions & Approval

  • Each project includes a defined number of revisions, which will be communicated before work begins.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  • Final approval indicates acceptance of the delivered work, after which no further changes are included unless agreed upon separately.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • CustomDesignCircle retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • Any unused concepts, drafts, or designs remain the property of CustomDesignCircle.

Cancellations & Termination

  • Clients may request project cancellation by providing written notice.

  • Payments made are non-refundable for work already completed.

  • CustomDesignCircle reserves the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these terms, non-payment, or abusive communication.

Limitation of Liability

CustomDesignCircle shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use of our services

  • Issues resulting from third-party platforms, hosting providers, or software

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
